Perfect place to stop before a flight when you have children with you. We have a car to drive to the terminal.

For the price, shouldn't have been a bad experience and it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't good either, and here are the 5 reasons: 1. The AC doesn't cool. 2. The WIFI is terrible, reminiscent of dial up speeds 3. The safe has a weird system that didn't work and after calling to have it fixed nobody arrived for a long time 4. The room service menu is limited and the food is mediocre at best. 5. The airport shuttle drops you off at a central spot in T2, so if you're in a different terminal...good luck. All of the above easy fixes....Because, rooms were clean and spacious, beds comfortable, close to airport, inexpensive. It shouldn't be too hard.

While we arrived late and missed all the World Cup final fun, we were checked in promptly and still had time to have a drink and a bite at the bar. The check-in staff were helpful in arranging a taxi for our family of 6 the next morning.

well the air con didint work for the 3 nights I was there, mentioned it to the front desk nobody showed up to fix it or check on it, wifi keeps cutting out in the room works in lobby but not really working in the rooms, over priced breakfast inquired and was quoted a price higher than what is,really was posted on the sign outside of the hotel entrance, front desk ok nothing special been to better hotels for the price

I thought breakfast was included - it was not. The airport shuttle service was a bus that stopped at all hotels. It did not suit us, and so we had the expense of a taxi.

Only 5 min to T2 at the airport. Convenient for rental car return or shuttles. Great hotel, helpful staff.

We overnighted here when British Airways cancelled our flight. Had a free airport transfer and had the twin share rooms that we wanted. Very comfy beds

This was a disappointing experience. I stayed for 1 night and I didn’t expect much but somehow it was even less than I expected. The room had no AC. It was stifling hot and no AC. I was told to open the window... good suggestion... (sarcasm). Opening a window at an airport hotel isn’t something that would spring to mind as being ideal for sleeping... Moving on. The power outlets are not next to the bed. They are on the desk next to the television. Not ideal if you use your phone as an alarm. The airport shuttle was a multi stop bus that was jam packed. It drops you at a common place so do your research first and know where you need to be! At the end of the day, I would not recommend and I will not be returning. Just my experience though.

The hotel is ok for an airport hotel with the exception of the air con not working in the room. however the transfer is terrible as the free shuttle is not ran now by the hotel and the only directions are for the Mercure conferance hotel but is just labelled the mecure, so I ended up tasing 2 hours trying to find the correct hotel!

Good hotel and very responsive but the shuttle bus not clear without calling the hotel ahead.
