Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle

The staff is super nice!! Hotel area is very quiet and nice. The shuttle is taking about 15 min from Terminal to hotels. If you are flying from Terminal 1, you will need to take the shuttle and then take another train in CDG to T1. Other than that, things are ok.

Good place to stay before morning flight. Easy free shuttle.

Do no they get this Mercure mixed up with the one that has the convention attached which is about two kilometres away otherwise it will cost you 20 to get the other hotel to transport you to this one. The comparison re service between the two is like chalk and cheese. This ones service was excellent.

its a nice hotel very clean and great service great location,however one of the staff member needs some training she called my room 5 times even I mentioned 3 times that I was going to checked out a few hours late because of my late flight its like she wanted to kicked me out of the hotel so bad maybe she thought I would not be able to afford the 30 euro for the late checked out?this woman keep calling calling calling calling that was very rude.at least not all of them are rude and its a nice place.

Room size is how it s supposed to be, comfortable, very clean, excellent service . By the airport, it is very convenient for those who needs a hotel in this area o do not want to go to the center of the city to pay 2 or 3 times for a room not even half bbn of the size of the ones you can get here

Well placed for CDG airport, free shuttle bus available between airport and hotel

Staff were very helpful. Location was great. Unfortunately the lift was not working and I had to lug a very heavy suitcase up and down a very narrow windy staircase.

This was the worse service ever. Will never, never go back there.No one was able to find our 4 days paid reservation. we booked via Hotel .com. we pay again to let us stay there.at night they moved us to a different room saying that that room was already reserve by someone else. The next day we were surprised to see someone else open our room while inside saying that he was assign this room at the counter. and this happen every day. Bad experience .

The hotel was lovely, the room was huge. Just be careful when you leave the airport that you go to the right Mercure, there are several. You have to take the shuttle and not the train to get to it. We made that mistake and had to them pay 10 euros to be taxied to the right one.
