Mercure Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle

The hotel should offer free breakfast. The search engine I used indicated they this hotel offered free internet, free breakfast and free shuttle to airport. However, after arriving, I was informed the breakfast was not included. It would be great if this facility could offer free breakfast like the other hotels in the area do ( example Ibis).

Good suite for family

Perfect location for that early or late flight wait. Good rooms, good bar and restaurant - and most importantly - quiet.

Three of us in our group of 4 are beekeepers, imagine our surprise when we discovered this hotel was into bees and offering honey with breakfast! My room was on the dated and worn side but clean. However; after a 2 week stay in France, Mercure had the most comfortable beds we slept in. The staf was very helpful and professional. The breakfast had an excellent choice of everything from cheese, meats, make your own egg dish, yoghurts, breads it was all there and some. Tip to travelers: if you have time and for a culture change, take the bus (about 500 feet away) to the Aeroville Mall is a city unto itself with good food choices. Going back to CDG, for terminal 1 take the pink line all the way to Roissypole get on the airport train to terminal 1, it also goes to terminal 2. CDG airport is a monster, yikes.

Broken computer for getting my boarding pass, broken tub drain, broken toilet flush. CLoths hanging over wall and windows--not real drapes. Overall, just cheaplooking and feeling.But the MAIN problem is that there are TWO Mercure hotels at or near CDG, serviced by two different shuttles, and the signage in CDG does not distinguish them. And the hotel is singularly unresponsive to the idea of renaming one of them, or calling them Mercure1 and Mercure 2

Room was hot and stuffy. A/C had no effect. We opened the window but had to close it as the guests in the room below were holding a cigarette outside their window which came directly into ours. The bathroom faucet had a leak that sprayed on anyone using it and the soap dispenser in the shower wouldn't stay on the wall. Other than that the room was clean and quiet located in a good area. Would find another hotel next time.

Quiet and clean hotel. Room had water boiler and refrigerator. Easy and affordable parking.

Pretty standard hotel with a shuttle service that takes you to CDG. Room was clean, there was ample room for storage / organizing. No minibar but there was one free bottle of water ;) Wifi didn't work for me at all, which was highly frustrating, and the to-room breakfast service was sub-par, as I didn't receive what I asked for but was too much in a hurry to complain.
