I got my room on booking and I decided to pay cash. I was still charged on my card and it's been a week. They told me it would be refunded. The kid at the desk should have told me my card would be charged anyway. Then I wouldn't have paid cash

"Great place to stay in the winter when the prices are affordable."

The hotel is in a great location. The room was clean and comforatable. It has a great workout room.

Our wifi signal was very low in our room so I could not work., The reclining bike in the gym worked but needed its screws tighteded. The bagels at breakfast were totally stale.

Lovely large bathroom with a walk in shower. Heated toilet seat. Lighted toilet bowl. Room was clean overall but the shower could have used a little touchup. Quiet room.

Bed was quite firm. Blankets were uncomfortable. They kind of crinkled and were lumpy and felt like sleeping in a plastic bag. I was unfamiliar with the area and the hotel was labeled "airport" so I thought it was near the airport. That description was deceiving as it was not near the airport.
