Great staff very helpful and sweet location

The pool was closed for maintenance

We booked a room for 2 nights, they argued that they couldn't find the reservation.... i tried to show them on my phone and then miraculously, they said they found it. I wake up the next morning to a note under my door that says, come down to the front desk immediately. They tell me my card was declined. I said what, I show them, absolutely no chance. Then, they asked what time I will be checking out and, i said, i'm not, i'm staying for 2 nights....... finally, they realized they gave me somebody else's room, and it was somebody else's card that was declined. And just a big headache for me. But the real issue was, I woke up the next morning to 2 spider bites. The spider bites ended up being A brown recluse according to the e r and clinic visits I had to have after I got home the next day. Antibiotics, steroids and a couple large life long new scars. Thanks O and of course the pool room was under construction.

Friendly atmosphere

Best little cold, sheets are not cotton they made me sweat

Since we were traveling with family we had requested two rooms near each other which they accommodated. We'd also requested a roll away bed which they also accommodated. The breakfast area was clean and tidy and they had some nice hot options.

1) We were pulling a small u-haul behind our truck and there is no place to park around this hotel if you have an RV or need an extra long parking spot. They accommodated us by telling us to park in the front of the hotel on an access road. I don't know where we would have parked had we not arrived at check in and someone else was in that spot. 2) We had specifically selected a hotel with an indoor pool so that our grandkids could swim but when we got there was told that the pool was not functioning. We could not get a refund and go elsewhere as we had booked through booking.com. 3) We had booked double queen rooms which were much smaller than we expected so we had to rearrange furniture in order to add a roll away bed. 4) The carpet was dirty and grimy as if it had not been shampooed in a very long time.
