Great location, rooms were very comfortable and clean

-We arrived around 1 AM to check in and the front desk said they had checked someone else into our room under my credit card. Thankfully they had another room and were able to fix it. -We went down for breakfast about 9:40(it went from 7-10AM) and all the hot food was gone. I asked the attendant if they could refill and she said no.🫤

"Great stay for our state hockey tournament weekend."

Breakfast was plentiful with good variety. The gal working the breakfast bar was very sweet and efficient.

Pool was closed for repair when we were there.

Location

Pool and hot tub closed, made for unhappy kids and probably would have changed hotels had we known. Beds were uncomfortable, rooms were tidy but not clean.

"Always a nice place to stay but really missed the swimming pool."

Breakfast was very nice, but we were disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub were not working the entire stay. They said the website said it was down for maintenance but we did not see that and really wanted to stay at a place with a swimming pool!! Next time we will double check!

The fact that the swimming pool and hot tub were out of order.
