Front desk clerk Doug was extremely helpful and went over and above to help us get our room, due to the fact that our reservation was not in Comfort Inn's system from Booking.com. even though the reservation was made 2 months in advance and we received 2 confirmation emails from Booking.com.

Booking.com confirmed our reservation twice but Comfort Inn had no record of it.
