Hotel Le Marais

The Le Marais was in the perfect location - walking distance from several interesting places and Bourbon Street, where there is much action. The room, though small, was neat and clean and the beds were most comfortable especially after a long day of gallavanting. Overall, every part of the room provided the necessary comfort expected. The staff was terrific - the front desk agents were truly helpful and friendly - shout out to Ricardo, Pierre, Almeta and Collette, responsible for the public area. The Hotel lobby was beautifully decorated with a tree and was always neat and clean. I would recommend this hotel for the location and presentation.

The Hotel staff made the experience very special. We had never stayed there before. The cleanliness of the hotel and room were one thing, but the staff: Pierre, Ricardo and Almeta at the front desk were very cordial and helpful. The other staff: Collette, Michelle and Anna were very friendly and helpful. Yes we will stay there again! Thank you. BTW, the location is excellent. Location and good value. Receptionist was very obliging and arranged early check in for us and also helped us by charging the mobility scooter in the conference room opposite the reception.
