The hotel is amazing The location is next to Bourbon st. but still not too close that the noise won’t bother. The hotel staff were great and helpful and the rooms were big and comfortable

The only thing that I wasn’t impressed with is they used the same sheet to remake the bed, there was a spot that I use to identify that it was the same sheet the 3 nights. And they didn’t clean the basin off duri

I asked for a room with balcony. I was told I would have a room with a balcony. When I asked why didn’t I have a room with a balcony. A lady at the front desk told me “bc you used booking.com. You can only have a standard room.” Pls inform guests of this bc it was very unfortunate. -I was put in room 301 right by the elevator. I heard every noise from room keeping to people just going to their rooms behind loud& constant loud talking from staff. -I wanted a room change but I didn’t get one.

Rooms are on the smaller size but beautiful. Drawers on the dresser wouldn’t stay shut so to move between the end of the bed and the dresser, you have to push the drawers in to go through. Also need more than one baby trash can in the room. We had to request a fridge for the room and was brought one promptly.

Decoração do quarto é pesada. Ganhamos upgrade do Booking e não deram. Não tem um lobby confortável, as fotos enganam muito. Hotel bem antigo numa rua estranha, não recomendo. Existem opções bem melhores de grandes redes na cidade. Serviço de estacionamento caríssimo.

The staff was wonderful! From booking to check out, everyone was so kind and helpful. They recommended wonderful restaurants, gave great directions, and even remembered to ask about the event I was in town for. The room itself was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries, and the rest of the facilities at the hotel were top of the line. It was genuinely a wonderful stay.
