"Terrible and it wasn’t worth the money spent on it."

Location was the only good thing about this property.

The up keeping of property is TERRIBLE. The room were not clean, the bathroom was even worst and the floor boards was coming up and we almost tripped several times.

Room 502 is directly above the street and across from Royal Sonesta garage where garbage is collected at 4-5 am

"Lovely room and location for exploring New Orleans. Would stay again and recommend others."

Staff was friendly and room was very clean. The location was great for exploring Bourbon Street. Valet parking is directly across the street. Safe and convenient.

The only downside was the room did not have a refrigerator and we stayed on the second floor, where the ice machine was broken.

The advertised bar is closed. There is no breakfast available. The room was not clean. Extra toiletries, water and toilet rolls were not provided daily.
