The location was the best part of this property

I’ve stayed a few times before this stay. It didn’t seem well maintained or updated. Prior amenities like the full lobby bar and breakfast every morning aren’t offered anymore. Baseboards were filthy, floors and furniture was dusty upon check-in. The tv seemed outdated and many channels didn’t work. For a “boutique” hotel, and being a repeat customer, there was a much higher expectation for the stay.

Friendly and helpful front desk staff, gave great advice on where to go and what to do during our stay. Got an earlier check in. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms, close to everything in the French quarter

Nothing, will be back!

Location was good. The price was good considering the location. The hotel was quiet for the most part.

was misinformed about having a refrigerator as there was none. Only received maid service once during stay. The elevator was very slow. The window was messed up.

I loved the hotel employees, especially the nice tall man with glasses (name starts with R!) who was so friendly and gave me great directions multiple times. Pierre is the best and he was very helpful with the parking garage attendants, showing me around the property, helping me with my bags and all else. He also gave me a great rec to go to Oceana Grill which was fabulous. You have the best people ever! Also loved my spacious clean room and the window view overlooking Conti. Really convenient to be able to park across the street at Royal Sonesta too. I will be back!

The keys were very difficult to work with the elevator. Had to scan multiple times to get a green signal.

Very friendly staff and so close to Bourbon Street.

We were across from the elevator and people were noisy. Also, expect parking fees of $55 per night.

The location is excellent and the front desk staff is above and beyond.

The motel is about a block from Bourbon street, so you couldn't hear the music or street noise when in the room. A perfect location.

It didn't have a refrigerator.

The staff is wonderfully considerate and helpful. The location is the best. And, even though being between Royal and Bourbon (again, great location) the room was quiet and the facilities safe. We stay in the Quarter often and this will be our new home away from home.

I wish they had refrigerators in the room, but I understand you can ask for one if needed.
