Hotel Derek

Horrible! The sink was hotter than the shower and I had to take cold baths. The self pay $30 parking is a SCAM!!! They don't tow your car, it's a tactic for more money. I had a horrible experience at what is supposed to be an "upscale 4 star hotel".

Hotels getting a little dated and less clean. Clear they haven't maintained or updated property in quite some time. Clientele has become sketchy. Not a great business travel spot and NOT family friendly.

Do not recommend and would never use again!

This hotel is overrated. No microwaves on property and we found gum under the bedside table. My husband did not like the limited breakfast, $23 fee but only used $10 worth and wanted to charge for a second plate. They also did not accommodate us for our honeymoon. For a hotel so expensive you would think they would have done better.

Definitely not a 4 star. Poorly maintained and noisy.

Dirty vents Maintenance knocked on door at 0600 for no reason "Wine cooler" slash refrigerator did not work and they kept saying they phoned engineering. When engineering came to put the bathroom door back on track they said they don't fix the fridges. Overpriced drinks at the bar & parking TV lost color Poor customer service Won't empty trash cans Won't change sheets, gave one customer some and said he has to do it himself. No vending machine Broken ice machine on our floor Thermostat wasn't working Not enough carts for transport

Bed bugs. Rude management. Filthy hotel

Perfect

The rooms are falling apart. The shower leaks water all day. The worst part was the restaurant and the staff there, I was there morning and night both terrible experiences with the service. Front desk and vallet were great.

Every time I come to Hotel Derek I always have a great time. Thank you to everyone you all are the best
