The staff was very rude and unhelpful. The room was dirty. Tubs old and not clean. Just an overall horrible experience

Terrible communication about check-in, terrible communication about self-parking, musty smell throughout property, hard pillows, outdated small bathrooms, toiletries not restocked…. Horrible stay

Quick business trip. Hotel was clean and pleasant. Loved the retro mid-century style. Within walking distance to Galleria and may restaurants. In house restaurant/bar has a good happy hour.

Overall everything was great

Outdated. Bathroom was not clean. Dark hairs in shower. Pillows were thin & hard. Bed sucked.

Parking is outrageous there are a minute fees and other fees. Won’t be staying there again

It was a good experience.

Stay was fine and i love staying here. Only this time, the room I was given was looking a bit old. The shower had caulking that was no longer stuck to the wall and separating. In the bedroom, the walls had stains near the window. Generally needs a makeover.
