Always a pleasant stay front desk friendly rooms are always nice and clean

The room was a nice size and temperature setting was comfortable for a good rest.

It was hectic arriving because there were so many cars and noisy people hanging in the parking lot after leaving the next door restaurant. The rooms are very old with holes in the flooring and an old smell as soon as you walk in. Noises kept coming from the bathroom and the tub/shower caulk and grout was dark and cracked in many places.

It was the Worst Stay ever..We stay 2 times a year.. Nov 2 Days April May 4 nights 5 Days.. Tele Did not work the whole tome we were there 4 nights, there were told everyday,Iron Didn't Work, Had Tobe replace next Day, Ironing Board 3 Total 3rd one Worked, Door Lock did not Work Could not leave Room door would not open had to Change the whole System.. Spencer was Great Thanks to him we were comfortable..With all of the problems, no refund or discount to Room.. which does not make any sense we PAID FULL PROCE and got a half ssa customer service really ridiculous.. if it were not for Spencer and the Lock man who came the next day on our 4 Nights of misery..I would give it a NO STAR OR 1 STAR $563.00

The place appeared tidy. It wasn't too hot or cold.

There weren't enough towels and wash cloths also no soap or toilet paper. Also the ice machine was always empty.

Location was decent

This is what was available for High Point Market. Not as clean as I prefer. This property needs an upgrade.

Things were broken in the bathroom. Took 2 1/2 hours to get towels. Only 2 in 2 queen bed room. One elevator didn't work properly. Air conditioner very noisy.
