"Needs work"

The facility is in need of much work! One elevator had a floor that was falling apart and a hand written sign said 4 people only. The elevator was big. Tile in the main lobby was cracked and depressed. Someone could easily trip! Had to ask for towels and toilet paper. Missing trash can in the room. The room looked like it needed a good cleaning. Walls very thin! Certainly not what I expect from Wyndham name.’
