All our group got rooms which are pretty bad in condition. My room in particular lost power on one side around 7 pm in the evening. When informed to front desk they said they cannot do anything about it. It was horrible that they did not care. Had to live like that for a day. The room itself had broken cupboard and dirty floors.

"Clean, but dysfunctional"

Outside, lobby, and hallways all seem clean enough, however inside the room there was a spider and none of the lights seemed to be working. When we went to the front desk to request a room change the staff just said they didn’t know what to do and would check the following day. Overall just bad service

Staff was very helpful and pleasant!

The hotel is attached to an all-you-eat restaurant and it made it difficult to park!
