Residence Inn Savannah Midtown

Early check in, great room, very spaciou6 & comfortable beds.

The management and staff was phenomenal!

The room and staff was decent. Pool was smaller than expected but it served its purpose for the kids. Gym was also super small and hot, no air. Would of used it but it was too hot in there. Breakfast was satisfactory. I love that they had options for people who prefer to eat healthier. Overall would I come back, yes.

The accommodations were proper and easy to get to areas of interest from were the property is situated

Property was nice. Room was spacious and we loved swimming in the indoor pool. Only complaint I have is the bed was not very comfortable, the double doors that went to the bed room would not lock, bathroom door would not lock and the towel rack one side kept falling down. Other than that the staff was very friendly breakfast was great we really enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend staying there.

The manager and staff were the only reason I even considered being respectful in this review. They took accountability and rectified our situation. If you have allergies AVOID!! Most hotels will have pet rooms separated. This hotel has them mixed and it shows… DOG HAIR IN THE FRIDGE, silverware and dishes. Crusty and Stained everything Regardless of my status with the Marriott brand this entire experience was avoidable. Read the reviews always people. Always. Sometimes spending more money is worth it or just canceling all together. Next day: We are all itching. Will keep updated but the worry is best case scenario fleas, cuz bed bugs are harder to manage.

Residence Inn Savannah was a very well-appointed hotel, very roomy and light, and comfortable. It was two bedrooms and two baths which gave my friend and me our own private living areas with a living room, kitchen and dining area in between. It was airy and roomy. And clean. The ladies we met working the front desk upon arrival and departure were so very kind, personable and helpful. Though it was close to Savannah, it was still far enough away that a car would be recommended or necessary depending on who you are. Though off the beaten track, still a great place to stay.
