Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Winnemucca

Very Clean, Very Comfortable, & great location.

When I walked into the lobby to check in, the woman at the front desk was engaged in a conversation with two men who were inquiring about a room. The facility was fully booked and she was COMPLETELY RUDE to them about it. After they left, she didn’t bother to acknowledge me; instead she took a phone call and had an entire conversation before saying hello or checking me in. When we got to our room, the carpet was extremely dirty and smelly. I dropped something on the floor near one of the beds and when I bent down to retrieve it, managed instead to pick up a piece of old cheese that had clearly been there awhile, so I never felt great about the cleanliness of the room. Everything felt dirty and grimy but after a day on the road we just wanted to sleep. We usually stay elsewhere in Winnemucca when we pass through but our regular place was unavailable. This facility is both disgusting and overpriced. We were there for less than 12 hours and that was too much.

There wasn't a single thing on the exterior of the property that didn't need fixing or cleaning. Shabby, dirty and sad. It was one of the better deals I found in Winnemucca, but at that they still charged $150. Miraculously, the sheets weren't stained and it seemed the maids did the best they could with a completely abysmal motel.

Room was outdated, smelled atrocious, and dirty. Sink had a bad smell when water was running. Bathtub was terrifying and was only used while wearing sandals.

Dirty and broken stairs. Sheets were filthy.

It smelled of 1970......big time Upgrade s needed.....

Water pressure for shower turned off on me while showering. Room smelled, stains.
