Bathroom was a bit noisy.

It’s beautiful and clean

The atmosphere inside the hotel is beautiful. Our room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Parking is okay if using the valet, and the shuttle to the surrounding areas was nice.

Did not like paying so much for parking, especially since it's already expensive enough to stay in the hotel. I feel like it should be included with reservations if you're actually staying in the hotel, and maybe charge guests who are just visiting the hotel. One elevator was broken so it we had long wait times to get to and from our room. This was reported by our bellhop and us, but never worked on or fixed. Several guests complained about it while we were around them. The elevator and hallways were hot like waiting and walking through a sauna.

The hotel is beautiful with a stunning conservatory of plants and waterfalls! With that said, you find out true hospitality when challenges arise…. Our room was very nice…then overnight we started smelling smoke from our neighbors next door. It was permeating our clothes etc… So we called security to investigate and packed our bags and headed to the front desk. The manager Carlos was absolutely awesome. He apologized for the experience (even though it wasn’t his fault, it was the guests), changed & ungraded our room, and credited us some reward points. I can’t thank Carlos enough for his sincerity and effective resolution to the problem.

Supposedly one of the largest hotels or convention centers in our country . It’s a town inside of a giant bubble with clean rooms, with a river and walk-through forest, Many places to eat with concessions on board at every turn. The staff was friendly and professional . The views are stunning and it’s definitely an experience to remember. Ample parking not far from the grand old Opry and less than 1/2 mile from their huge mall. Keep in mind that prices inside the center at the different eateries are a bit more expensive than the nearby mall. Your choice. That said, this is one place you should definitely stay if you’re visiting Nashville.
