Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center

This property has so much to see and do.

We paid a lot of money for this property and the room is was disappointing. There were dirty towels in room with big stains. The shower curtain wouldn’t close completely so water was constantly on the floor you can tell it’s been an issue in this room cause of water damage in the room. It just wasn’t worth the money we paid for it. I

I stayed here in May as part of an escorted group. We didn’t need to leave card details behind check in but somehow my prepaid card has been debited for $100 for no reason? We only stayed 2 nights and I used the card in bars and gift shop! Why have they taken $100 with no explanation? Awful. I’m a travel agent and certainly won’t be recommending this hotel!

We did not stay as guests so can’t comment on service but it was nice to go inside and walk around, something we would not have just done, but as it was a couple minutes walk from the Ole Opry we decided to. Beautiful venue. Look out for the turtles! Very cute.

Always lots to do and enjoy.

The room service menu was lacking and the quality of the food was not great. Pictures of the food would have been helpful, along with a better description as to how spicy things were. Maintenance needed to be done in our room, as water stains were visible in the tub.

Hotel lacks services of major hotel chain. All services shut down at midnight

We loved our experience and the time we spent there at the resort, everything was impeccable.

The rooms are really nice. The views and ambient sounds are amazing. I loved the spa. But the service from the bellhops, front desk staff, waitreses and waiters... all of them was 10 out of 5 stars. They helped make it most enjoyable.
