"Overpriced and Poor Quality."

This place is an absolutely nightmare from start to finish. The parking situation is an absolute joke - lines everywhere to get in, minimal to no signage and the parking attendants are nowhere to be found. To add insult to injury they charge $37 a day for parking, and you have to park a mile away from the hotel (no shuttles provided). The pricing is beyond criminal - the rooms are no nicer than your average Econolodge or Quality Inn, but the price is about 5 times the amount. The facility itself is beautiful and well maintained, but the various restaurants/bars/coffee shops on site all have the same pricing - which is beyond ridiculous. $7 for a cup of coffee, $9 beers, and a breakfast buffet priced at almost $40 per person. I came as part of a group for a convention and I imagine most people do - but if I had a choice in the matter I would never stay here. Itโ€™s repulsive how they treat โ€˜guestsโ€™. When you charge $400 a night for a basic room the very least you should do is give guests staying at the hotel a discount on the food and services within the facility. How about at least access to free tea and coffee in the morning? Something. This place is nothing but a greedy, money grabbing, corporate machine that cares only about how much they can fleece people, and not about guest experience.
