I love the pool and great view that it had. Ever location was fantastic.

The breakfast was not included in the package and parking was free either.

We decided to stay just for a relaxing few days at the end of our road trip, the hotel had all needed

The continued cost of what was already an expensive stay, tried to use the swimming area and found out this cost $55 per person. Food areas were overly expensive as well. This venue is obviously used for corporate events and made accessibility to all drink and food outlets difficult

The staff during the booking process were very argumentative and not educated on their companies processes. I was given the run around on the phone for 1 hour the first time ending when they transferred me in a complete circle and hung up on me. When booking through the website nothing was easy to select and when calling to confirm was told to not book on the website to call the front desk. When finally getting ahold of the front desk was told to either come in person or try booking through the website. Which I already did through the website. The prices are way to high for the lack of customer service I received before and during my stay. All items had an additional upcharge that was also an inflated upcharge to gouge visitors. The rooms were outdated and not as clean as expected for that price. The location is very secluded as the parking lot and entry roads are a maze and either closed or barred off. I will not be a returning customer and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

They charged me over $77.00 for my son to swim and me as spectator (my son is minor) from 645pm to 745pm(they told everyone yo get out of water 15 minutes before close), that is unacceptable . Amazing how you want to rip them for money

I was trying to do my gender review did not allow me to pop the balloon and when I put the balloon they asked me to pick it up or happy $500

After I check out I was supposed to wait for my car and then keep me waiting for 30 minutes and they ask me I should go back inside again with my three children and like no what is going on and the guy was very rude to me

I went to a conference. I registered through the conference official site. They charged the daily resort fee even though they know you are in the conference. A total scam.
