"Royalty Trestment"

Exceptional well mannered staff. Everyone made us feel like royalty.

The first night they did not provide me with my king size bed that I had booked. However, they did the next day.

"Top - im Club Floor Level"

Der Club Floor ist mit seinen Annehmlichkeiten wirklich extrem gut !

Ich war schon „oft“ vor Ort - viele der Zimmer (eigentlich alle die ich bisher hatte) wären wirklich einmal renovierungsbedürftig und sind mittlerweile leider aus der Zeit gefallen. Der Charme des Hotels, der Anlage, des Staffs und die Lage in der besten Wohngegend von Pasadena macht vieles weg.

The best stay ever, everything is clean and everyone is very nice with great services!

It will be great to have an airport shuttle. The uber or Lyft cost a lot for people flying out of state.
