The hotel isunkept, dirty, and too expensive for what they’re charging. The rooms were very small and the bathroom shower did not drain.

My teen daughter and I were very happy here! We've stayed at the SLS in LA and it didn't disappoint, neither did the SLS in Miami! The hotel is in the perfect location and the beach is practically in the back yard. SLS has food / beverage service on the beach, which was costly but super convenient! We were very happy with the pool as well as our room. We would absolutely return!

We had issues with the hot water in our room and a engineer needed to be sent up to fix it. Other than that inconvenience, we were very happy!

They hotel is beautiful and my room was clean

One of their employee walk up to me while I was by the pool side with my boys and niece & nephew and tell’s me we can not get in the pool I asked him why and he just turn around and walk off … my boys, niece & nephew was so upset because that’s the main reason why we were there
