"Needs a refresh"

The location is great for a visit to South Beach

The hotel needs a refresh and a clear and transparent policy on the parties. We booked 2 Villas located close to the Hyde Beach club and 2 nights in a row there were parties keeping our children awake. This was not mentioned during the reservation or in any other way.

We had a great stay. Amazing service - very professional and attentive, from receiving a package to restocking things in our room when requested and taking care of us at the beautiful pool area. New years is a very busy time of year and we really feel they went above and beyond. And the rain shower in the room was just the best.

Perfect location. Nice beach

Pool did not look well maintained. Hot water was not working proper - hotel was able to accommodate my late checkout with no extra charge as reimbursement

First visit: bathroom door came off and landed on my foot. They moved out room and got $50 food credit…. Tv remote didn’t work. No one answers the phone. Super frustrating. Next visit: No hot water the first night and no one answered the phone so we couldn’t have it fixed. The ceiling started leaking so we had to switch rooms. Based on our previous experience, they gave us a bigger room but instead of two double beds we had to share a bed which is not ideal and the whole reason why we booked separate beds…. We had countless problems with being overcharged as well. Took hours to figure out accounting. Overall, a terrible experience, but great location, friendly staff (minus manager Anastasia) and some good shows at Hyde pool (even tho 50 Cent never showed for his concert). Overpriced and too many problems with our stay. Yikes!
