Excellent location in the heart of Miami Beach. The pool area is very nice. The lobby and restaurants are great.

I was given disability room. Shower had no door. The disability bench in the shower was never washed and had mold. Water was changing from hot to cold. The sink did not drain water. The elevator did not work for a day.

We stayed at the hotel over New Year’s Eve. The staff was truly the highlight of our experience. From Ricardo and Victoria the Manager’s behind the front desk on down, they made us feel like we were at home. We had a slight issue with the room and they made sure that everything was made right. The pool is the best in South Beach and the views from our room were impeccable. Can’t wait for our trip back in 2025.

Great location the entire staff is kind and friendly and accommodating. Place needs updating.

the front desk staff was helpful, the pool and access to the beach was a plus. the bar by the pool have great cocktails and the room was well decorated lovely.

The AC at the lobby was freezing. Our visit was in December the weather was perfect, it is not summer.

Placed into accessible room without discussion, room wasn’t maintained - felt dirty, no hot water and smell in the room. We were kindly changed rooms however completely hindered our experience and was not 5* or worth the money

Service and staff are wonderful. Meals and drinks are excellent. Location is great for beach and shopping. But …. Rooms are very small and need updating (carpet torn and TV broken). The common areas also could be cleaned/updated. Canvas chairs & pillows were dirty/aged and lacked proper fluff. Would love to come back but will not stay in same accommodation (queen). Beach service is very pricey better at SLS for good & drink.
