The Room Service/housekeeping was beyond slow to respond to requests and most times required the front desk to intervene.

My room was small but nice enough. The shower was great. I do like the bar and the pool is nice. The elevators are verly slow as there is only two and the service staff use the same as the guests. They are small as well. I was granted a late checkout but the cleaning staff apparently was not notified and continued to attempt to enter the room. Based on other hotels in the area I have stayed at, I would choose a different hotel for my next visit. Based on how much the room cost, I dont feel it was worth it. There are better overall options in the area.

Like location and convenience of near airport and Boat show. No towel racks in bathroom. Not enough counter space in bathroom or main part of room. Room small for 2 beds and luggage. But great atmosphere, location, and staff.

This was my second stay at this location, and the convenience couldn't be better—just steps from the beach, shops, and restaurants. I was disappointed to learn that my favorite restaurant inside was no longer there, but thankfully, Katsuya remains, and it’s as delicious as ever. The hotel’s décor is chic and quirky, which I absolutely love. The rooms are extremely comfortable, though I did notice my couch had been replaced with a chair and table. It wasn’t quite the same, but since I was traveling solo, I didn’t really miss it. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return.

This hotel is in a great location. The lobby staff was nice and accommodating. However, this hotel has the smallest rooms I’ve ever seen. The first room was 175 sq fr and looks nothing like the pictures on the Expedia listing. They were kind enough to put me in a slightly larger room, but it’s SMALL. The hallways are creepy. The bathrooms have no light in them. It’s a soft creepy pink lightbulb. I went to enjoy the sun at the pool to be greeted by jack hammering going on all day everyday for the hotel Being built next door and there is construction on the other side AND construction on the beach putting up huge buildings for the food and wine fest. I never leave my kids and I finally do and think I’m going to relax and I listened to construction every day. The bed was comfy. They need to redo this hotel badly.
