SLS South Beach

I remember this being a very trendy hotel 10 years ago, but by now it’s due for a little TLC and ideally a new look. Not digging that only-fans vibe. There’s a construction next door so it’s quite loud early on and the party at the club until midnight or so.

Location. Modern. Arty. Complimentary use of the Lincoln was great. Bar Central good for breakfast.

Restaurants lacked ambience and ate in both. Now wish had gone out to eat. Bar Central for drinks pre and post dinner not that impressive - so many tables packed in no bar ambience. We had a delux room and although meant to have a City view we were on 3rd floor had a nice view of an air conditioner or some machinery outside which was noisy 24 hours a day so rendered balcony pointless. No where to hang towels in bathroom which was very small. Room bar very large choice, dressing gowns and other items but some basic hanging facilities would be good.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable rooms, good location.

I've been staying at the SLS for over 10 years when I go to Miami. The staff, and everything mentioned above has been consistent and very good every time I go. Highly recommend

While we were greeted with an upgrade, the hotel is dirty , starting from the elevator, corridor carpets , pool area , restrooms, even the room was dirty I would strongly suggest Expedia would consider visiting the property, as this hotel standards are really below average. For the first time l left angry , disappointed and let down.
