The room was clean,well stocked with the necessities.

Wonderful room. Lots of new remodeling.

Room was very dirty and bad spread was stained and disgusting

We stayed there paid extra for a jetted bathtub that didn’t work. Tried to call the front desk and let them know and they never answered. When I went to check out they tried telling me that it worked. I’m not stupid. I know how to work a jetted tub. He never even offered to show me that it worked. I tried to get the difference I paid and they told me no. The bed is hard as a rock and the sink in the bathroom only had ice cold water. They don’t sweep the floors either. Hair all over and dirt.

Not worth eating. Went to a local restaurant.

No hot water for shower unless you ran water for up to six minutes. Then water was only warm.

The coffee was cold

The night shift staff was terrible the beds were absolutely nasty and crusty the mattress pad couldn’t have been changed for months it also had dirt all over it the microwave was brown and smelled terrible the room was dirty

I have stayed at the property on and off for the better part of 20 years. I have seen a decline at the property but was always clean and nice. They are/ or have refurbished most if not all the rooms there and are very nice. However on this stay we found bed bugs! They did move our room since we figured if we had them then why take them to another hotel. We weee informed that it had been about a year since there last bed bug sighting. We were very concerned and cautious when getting home. We never found any but fumigated vehicle, all clothing and truck bed. We bagged up all closed and laundromat bound. This is a shame , always enjoyed going there but I can say that it will be my last.
