Nothing absolutely a dump!

Bed was dirty! Looked like mouse droppings on the sheets! Up on further inspection found live BED BUG! Dead insects and mouse droppings on the floor! Front desk did not seem to care when I told them we was leaving and wanted a refund. Was told sorry you have to go through booking. I will be making a phone call to the local heath department! They should be shut down!

They are stealing your deposit they even accuse me of stealing towels I've never stole anything In my life he keeps making up reasons to not give me my money very rude person pls never stay there seriously

Nobody ever stay at this place they go as far as tell you that you have stole bath towels just to keep your deposit they have stole my deposit as accused me of stealing the rude and have no customer service at all never ever stay at this place

Booked the room for pet traveling along paid in full management refused to let the pet stay without paying an additional 30 per night at check in that was not disclosed anywhere. He was very rude about with a response of you booked thru expedia if they didnt tell you thats not his problem

Location and cleanness.

Went down to lobby at 6:30 and did not see much of any breakfast. 6:35 am to be exact.

It was nicely remodeled. But the water took a long time to get hot. The sheets looked kind of questionable. They had some nice spots to sit outside. The pool was closed but they had notice of that on the website.

First off, the floors were filthy. Took my shoes off and my socks to be comfortable, after about 5 minutes, the bottom of my feet were black. My feet actually stuck to the bathroom floor. The shower leaked and dripped all night and day long. The bathroom floor was wet next to the shower and under the sink. There were gnats flying around everywhere. The comforter on the beds were damp where they were not left in the dryer long enough to dry completely. All of the bedding were stained with coffee, blood, and who knows what else. There are no drawers to put clothes in, only a couple of shelves. Worst 2 night stay I ever had at a Quqlity Inn Hotel.

Our outside door was half painted... you can see light all around the door. Could have been unsafe.

We had a old wet towel in our room and hair balls
