Floor cleanliness and wiping off of bedside table and counter could have been better.1

This hotel gave us motel quality. The rooms were renovated, but it was not a high quality renovation. We stayed in an executive king room. The couch looked dirty. The white linens were stained. The toilet seat appeared to have dirt varnished into it somehow. We found dead moths in the room as well. It was an okay place to stay for the price, but don’t expect anything great. The desk staff were nice though.

It was close to right restaurants. Had to let the hot water run 8-10 minutes before it got hot

We checked in and stayed all of 30 minutes in that time we had three rooms allocated. Room 1: The front door could not be secured and had the plate hanging off, the toilet was broken, and you had to take the lid off and hand flush Room 2: Smelt of Pot so strong we could not even walk in never mind stay. Room 3: A group of contractors were sat outside partying and smoking At this point we left and booked into a much nicer hotel in Cave City Also watch the credit card as we have been billed for our stay by the hotel when we had prepaid with a third-party provider. On calling the hotel we are told we will not be given the money back and to dispute with the credit card, which of course we have. For context we stay in hotels at least twice a month around the world and can say this one hits the jackpot of the worst ever for security, cleanliness and customer service, what an achievement.

Front desk lady was nice

We could not stay. There was a hole in our wall, the beds were not clean, and there was a man lurking outside our door. As soon as we got to the room, we turned around and left. We were told we would be given a full refund due to the safety issue and the hole in the wall. I am still waiting for the refund

Upon entry to the room... There was water leaking out of the refrigerator all over the floor and multiple towels in the refrigerator. The main outlet at the bathroom/ dressing area did not function making it difficult for four women in the room to perform their personal care. A call was made to the front desk and housekeeping did take care of the water and refrigerator. A handyman was sent to repair the outlet but was unable. I called the front desk after 15-20 min of the handyman trying to fix it requesting a new room and to their credit we were accommodated. The furnishings in both rooms were not in the best of shape but that’s just a side note. The handyman let us into our second room, our party then picked up keys and went into town. Upon our return the card keys would not work so I went to the front desk and the key cards were reissued. I attempted access to the room again and the key cards did not work. I called the front desk told them about the continued issue and requested a refund I was promptly hung up on. Another worker was sent to the room so we could get our items. Afterwards I went to the front desk to turn in the unusable cards and get my money refunded. I will definitely not return to this facility again.

This room was dirty. The tub and shower had hairs in it, the towels had hairs on them and the floors were not cleaned.
