front desk night staff very helpful. rooms nicely maintained. friendly morning staff.

1. need sign at front of hotel, not just front of driveway 2. consider spruce up front desk appearance to give more welcoming feel 3. towel bar is crooked (rm 404) 4. no recycling - too much disposables

The elevator wasnt working, and we were staying on the 4th floor so that made it kind of stressing, I did ask if they were getting fixed soon and they said they didnt know when, they did offer to help with the stuff we had, but we still had more stuff to bring down from what they helped with which was only a stroller I was also charged a little more than what my reservation showed and from what they told my on the front desk when i checked in

The hotel, itself, is a challeging location to get to. I lived in San Antonio for 12 years and I still was not sure if I was in the right place. I went to check in (I was early) - zero staff was there to help. I do have a service dog and they were great about him. He has paperwork but they never asked to see it. I do appreciate that but the hotel is out of date.
