Tile in restroom was not adhered to floor, grout was cracked and tiles would shift. AC unit was noisy. Not the best stay compared to previous stays at this location. Room 406

Thus was our 3rd stay here. It was good, but there were some issues with the AC, which was worked on as we were checking out. Eveerything else was good.

I got a text saying my card didn’t go through, so I called the number and spoke to the reservation department and told him that I had a debit card to update because the one on file had gotten stolen. The reservation department said Everything should be good. I could just pay arriving at the hotel, arriving at the hotel, I was advised that my room had been canceled and they had no available rooms that night. I was literally looking for a hotel room for two hours with my grandson that has autism. The front office clerk did not even apologize or even knowledge if they could help me on something.
