Quality Inn Cheyenne I-25 South

The staff was so helpful and friendly. We needed a wheelchair and the young lady at the front desk helped us yo get set up.

Everything was just fine. We especially appreciated the kindness of the staff. No complaints

A decent option if you’re swinging through the area. The breakfast was better than the one at a Quality Inn I stayed in the previous night in Salt Lake, as these folks at least offered

Clean rooms, friendly staff... Bet seemed small, like a double and not a queen

Staff is terrible. Didnt have the room i reserved. Had to sleep on the floor. Staff and manager could care less. Blamed me for booking same day.

Doors do not shut well on rooms or bathroom very well. We rented two rooms and both were this way. In one room left overs from previous person was in fridge and hand prints on mirror. Small ants in bathroom. In our 2nd room we had the coffee machine with old coffee pouch in it from previous people. Breakfast was alright and it is pet friendly. Bedding looked clean..

Check in staff should choose a career path where she is not required to interact with real people. Morning check out staff was very friendly and professional.

Bathroom was dirty, linens stained

Its a hotel... not the best. Somewhat clean. But definitely in rough shape.
