"Won’t stay at Quality inn again. Still waiting for my refund of several hundred dollars"

I had to pay twice for my room. I no help from the manager. Money was paid to the hotel, however all of was placed on second room. Had no control number for my room. Would not split the money paid for one room into two rooms. Causing me to pay again for the room. Waiting for refund for second payment. Hotel received full payment for two rooms. Only one control number. Manager was not helpful. Rather surly and refused to help when asked. Would not recommend Quality Inn to anyone as a place to stay

Afternoon clerk helpful. The manager could have cared less about problem. Surly and not a people person.

Wish I had researched better before I booked but it was a last minute trip. Located directly across from a busy gas station/truck stop. Outdated and uncleanly. Shower made a horrible noise while running and the pipes under the sink shook while the shower was on. The room door was warped significantly at the bottom and didn't even seem to fully seal. So much so that we shoved a piece of furniture against the door when we went to bed. Didn't even stay for breakfast. There was a lot of parking lot drinking and smoking going on. Don't bring your kids here.

"25$ for each small mini-pincher dog seems high. Room had carpet when it should have had hard floors."

Morning clerk was very pleasant.

Checking in clerk never said hi or even smiled. No parking for large vehicles. Air conditioner too loud. Carpeting sucks!

The staff refused to check us in because we have cats even though we booked a pet friendly room. They had hand-written signs (written on top of official documentation) saying “dogs only” but no notice was given before arrival. Staff was short with us and refused to help us find or even recommend alternate accommodation in the area. We had to drive around at 10pm to find a new place after driving 13 hours.

There were hairs on the bed it was not clean i also found some bugs on my son's bed sheet. When we came for breakfast the manager was extremely angry and disgusting, I do not recommend this hotel at all!!!
