Stanford Hotel

Was disappointed in the room size and the hotel bar was closed. That aside, the hotel was very clean and the staff were great.

We enjoyed our stay at Stanford Hotel. Staff were very helpfull. We were family of 12 and they manage to meet our request to be place on same floor. ( we even got a better room as well) The rooms were clean, breakfast was ok. Location was perfect. All in all, very satisfied.

Staff was really friendly. We stayed dor two weeks and they even told us there is a self service laundry room on their 20th floor which makes our stay even better. I will definitely go back and stay on my next trip to Hong Kong.

We visited Hong Kong to celebrate Valentine’s Day and chose Stanford Hotel based on its excellent reviews—and we couldn’t have made a better decision! We arrived around noon, well before the standard check-in time, feeling exhausted from our early morning flight. We didn’t expect to check in early and were prepared to wait in the lobby until 3 PM. However, to our great surprise, the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing an early check-in. We are truly grateful for this thoughtful gesture. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel's location was also incredibly convenient. What stood out the most was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was courteous and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the staff member who assisted us upon arrival—we regret not catching his name, but his hospitality did not go unnoticed! Thank you, Stanford Hotel, for a wonderful stay. We had an amazing time and will definitely be booking again on our next visit!

Rooms are small, bed was very very firm

This is supernice place, room cleaned daily perfect location 200m from ladies markets not much further for metro train and heaps food metres away

Mr Simon the customer service is excellent I was waiting in the lobby waiting for my 3:00 pm check in around 12:15 pm , Mr Simon saw I am tired and approached me and told me as soon as the room is clean he will let me in the room right away and Mr Simon personally bring my baggage with me and show my room and give me a lots of info about the area for shopping eating and when we check out instead of two taxi for four people and a lots of baggage he arrange a big taxi to accommodate four of us with enough space to fit our luggage I definitely will be back again when I come to Hong Kong again and strongly recommend to all my friends because of excellent service of Mr Simon and the hotel facility looks clean and the air condition is really strong for the hot weather I will give them 10 point
