Nice hotel? Good location.

Great location, excellent staff, breakfast brilliant.

The single room was very small, air con not that effective at cooling the room down, toilet was wedged tightly against one wall making it a little cramped to sit on room 304.

Comfy bed, clean, good size room. Nice bathroom with good quality towels and cleansing products. Good breakfast. Quiet

Nothing really. Had to ask for tea and coffee service during breakfast however it was fairly busy in the restaurant.

Well... it's not the first time i have stayed with you.. and love the hotel.. but.. if you could improve your service in the bar you would get a lot more revenue. Prep has not been done, and it takes ages and ages... to get a drink. Guests joke about it.. and you could definitely get that sorted.. as it is really only from 5pm to 8pm and probably only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights... a few more staff.. lots of prep....and you could at least double your take....

Location good, very close to the cathedral. Car parking (£10 charge).

The double room was really small, with a small double bed. We can't remember ever having such a small double room. When we checked out the hotel confirmed that the double rooms varied considerably in size; the hotel was not full so we find it extraordinary that we were allocated the smallest. The bathroom window had been repaired with black tape.

Small bar area for such a large hotel. Bar closes at 10:30 pm.

The hotel was a traditional old building with wonky floors and low beams. It was decorated to a modern style and the fixture and fittings in our room were modern but in keeping with the style. It was clean, tidy and welcoming and having a car park was a bonus .

There was nothing that we didn’t like.
