"Worst service in the whole Chicago"

Room is spacious.

Service is TERRIBLE. They charge you $70 per night of vallet parking and then say your car will take 20-25 minutes to arrive. After I freaked out, took 8 which is resonable. On out second night there was a party in the room next door and it went until 1 AM. I had to call several times for them to do something, the next morning the service guy woke up up 7:15 AM to fix our dishwasher. Good sense would have been appreciated! Service only happens after 5 nights, and if you request a light cleaning (for trash collection of toilet replacement, it may never come. It was the worst ~400-500 USD I ever spent.

Perfect location, spacious rooms

In the morning construction on the facade started, heavy drilling next door our bed, it was so loud you could not even talk in the room. Breakfast is ok, but the room is to small and we were kicked out of the breakfast-room at 9am straight.
