Breakfat was great each morning. Staff was attentive to the service of the food and clean-up. Location of the hotel was perfect. We went to two games at Wrigley which were biking distance and we walked everywhere else after the games. Great.

We booked through Booking.com and the added fees were higher than we expected.

La ubicación es muy buena, muy cómoda. La habitación tiene un gran tamaño, es moderna y cómoda.

El desayuno no me gustó para nada. Pocas opciones y muy poco tentadoras. Faltaba limpieza y el personal de la cocina no era muy hospitalario.

The 2 bedroom suite was cozy.

We booked this room for the day to get shelter from the anticipated storm in our area, so we were looking forward to a mini getaway from our daily routine. The elevators and the hallways smell like cigarettes. You can tell the wood in the bathroom had water damage. The bathtub seemed dirty. The front desk customer service was ok. I had a feeling they could’ve have let my children and I check in earlier as everyone else room seemed to be ready earlier except mines. Every time I would ask if it was ready they seemed to be annoyed. It seemed like when the shift changed customer service was better. I over heard one of the ladies say a room was ready. It was just a different one the originally planned for. So we indeed could have gotten in sooner. Which would have been nice instead of waiting in the small lobby for hours with an 8 and 10 year old.

location is very very good. Breakfast food is ok as there is a change in one of the dishes everyday. very good quality toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion). friendly and helpful staff. free coffee, tea, chocolate 24/7

room is cleaned only every three days although one can request fresh towels anytime. very expensive parking fee. view of the lake is not as per picture as the view is partly blocked by buildings.
