Residence Inn Syracuse Carrier Circle

Old dated dirty hotel. Normally I wait till I've checked out but this is too bad... the Queen bed is actually a Full size bed.. room is a nice size and there is a clean but small kitchen. It has The smallest bathroom in a hotel I've seen in years. Has an old fashion tub, terrible water pressure, smells musty, granted it's raining... the vanity has a drug prep burn spot...see pic below. We will never return. We stay at Marriot properties often. Prefer The Residence Inn. This is the worst one I've stayed at in my life, im 59. Its Like a bad Holiday inn from the 90s

The location was good! The room was nice

I was not happy when I arrived to find that our room and multiple other groups of people rooms were not ready so we had to wait for a hour to check in. Which held us up from getting down to the concert we were there for.

Easy on and off highway. Mostly clean. Rooms not ready at check-in time, but with a later check-out and earlier check-in time, they seem to have set themselves up to disappoint customers. Due to rush to clean rooms, many tabletops in our room were visibly not cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was okay. Very confortable sleep in comfy beds and quiet room.

I should have checked the reviews first. Dated facility. Inattentive staff. Poor quality pillows. Rooms can be noisy. Entry has potholes. Be advised that there are no elevators or pool. Carrier Circle area has generally gone down hill. Better hotels in the vicinity.

Tired looking place - sorry breakfast and coffee. Lots of nicer places nearby

Breakfast was very limited. It didn't satisfy my expectations. Location was excellent.

For the breakfast add more choices. Add a blender to the kitchen.
