We choose this property for the # of beds but the pull out sofa had no sheets or blankets at 11pm we had to go to reception to request them also we choose this for the pool which was permanently closed. This should have been disclosed before hand. My niece was very disappointed. I feel that booking.com should issue a credit or voucher to be used at a future date.

We booked this property because they had two room suites and we were travelling with our teenaged son. We were in the area for one night. This hotel is in need of a renovation as the rooms are dated and tired. The common areas need maintenance as well. The bathrooms were tiny and the beds were uncomfortable. We likely wouldn't return.
