Hotel Misión Oaxaca

I couldn't go. I contacted them for a refund, but said it was outside the timeframe. It said I had till the 21st. I tried to cancel about 9pm that night. They said the deadline was 12am on the 21st. So basically, its not the 21st, it was the 20th. I contacted Hotels.com and still don't have any word from them about the refund. That was 4 days ago. Completely unacceptable. I've lost faith in Hotels.com and will not use them again

Very beautiful place, the only downside is that they don’t have elevators. Our room was on the fourth floor it was difficult to walk upstairs with kids, luggage’s, and it was super hot

The hotel did not honor my reservation, I spent an hour on the phone with Expedia. Expedia thankfully found another hotel nearby, but I missed time at the dance conference where I paid additional for classes. After traveling from another country to Mexico, waiting through customs for the rental car and driving 40 minutes to hotel it was overall a bad experience I’ve never had before with a confirmed reservation.

The place is quiet and clean. Staff is super friendly and always with respect.

Pool is out of service and that is the reason why we booked mision, the front desk staff was rude when I asked about it. Room service staff was wonderful.

The property's room need an update, the AC was old and make some noice

I enjoyed the hotel for the 10 days that my family and I stayed there. They had more than enough staff for help and they always provided good service at the pool. The rooms are comfortable but a little outdated. This is a perfect hotel if you are in a budget and you want to experience with the locals. They also have a shuttle that runs from 12 pm until 9 pm which is a plus. The food could be improved a little and dishes are a little pricey. Overall, I do recommend the hotel.
