Overall very safe nice and amenable. Beautiful facilities. Could use a little tlc in bathroom upgrades but other than that very comfortable.

The pool it wasn't working and it was one of the reasons i booked it also ac are so old it made alot of noises besides that the cleaning lady's where exelent

This property’s food was delish. It was in a safe, quiet area, far enough yet close to the city. Founds some unique restaurants, pharmacy and massage 💆 laces near by. The big down side was the pool was under construction and there were bugs (gecko, maybe a roach) and mold in bathroom. Sadly

First few day was good but then they held a 3 day dance event and its was parting every night till 2 or 3 in the morning no staff will say anything to the party for the loudness and cause of so many people they closed the pool for 4 days. Never again will we be staying there

Stayed for 6 days. Friendly staff but a bit far from the centro.

The room is dury and have insects in the bed

the condition of room is not good, the noisy from next door is clear heard in my room.

Positives: hotel restaurant was good, shuttle service into the city, cleaning lady was nice, quiet area, Filamone (hotel porter) was always attentive and willing to help. Reasonably priced hotel. Negatives: 15 to 20 minutes from the city center depending on the traffic.

This hotel gets a 2 from me mainly due to its location. I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a group tour during the day of the dead celebrations. This hotel is located quite far away from central Oaxaca, around 45 minutes walking (not advisable at night) or around 15 minutes in a taxi, the neighbourhood itself was quite nice. It was nice enough if a little bland and lacking character, definitely a group-oriented hotel. My room was ok and clean, typical of what you'd expect at a 3 star hotel. I was on the lower ground floor with a door to the garden, this didn't close properly so it was slightly cold because of it. The bed was very comfortable and actually had a duvet. The bathroom was nice enough, no bath tub but a large shower which had really good water pressure. We had breakfast at this hotel which was really good, it was buffet style which was a relief. There was a selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, bread and pastries, and some hot offerings. The hot offerings were probably the best. They brought coffee to you. Overall this hotel was nice enough and the time at the hotel was pleasant, but how far away it was from the centre of Oaxaca really did affect the overall stay.

The hotel rooms have not been updated in a long time. For example the rug felt dirty. The bed's pillows felt old. The restaurant's food was very mediocre. However the hotel service was very nice and courteous.
