El agua del hotel sale sucia y se descompuso la bomba del agua y nos quedamos SIN AGUA

La alberca en la propiedad no es nada de lo que dice el sitio del hotel. Estaba sucia y decía que el agua estaba templada.

This is a great place to stay if you have a car and don’t mind staying a few minutes’ drive outside of the historic center of the city. Most hotels don’t have secure parking (parking on the street overnight is not a safe endeavor most places in Mexico), but this one does. The rooms are a little old and could use some work. They do each have their own small balcony. The hotel grounds are great—big green areas, a nice pool, and outdoor terraces perfect for COVID social distancing. They offer complimentary cafe de olla and agua de fruta in the lobby.

Excellent hotel. Clean, updated and great location.

The only problem was the criteria for choosing them was were they pet friendly. Somehow they charged more for pet friendly they advertised it. I thought the price included our pet. It was awkward.

Excelente servicio, muy lindo lugar y comodo. La limpiesa estava genial tambien. Cerca del centro pero lejos para relajarte fuera de todo el ruido.

Staff was very kind and helpful. I had a delayed flight and a very late check-in and everything went well. Thank you.
