Hampton Inn Atlanta NW Cumberland

Check in took forever, the rooms I reserved weren’t available (said they over booked) rooms and property could use updating

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was super nice and helpful.

I don’t normally write reviews but I’m making an exception because this was the worst Hampton I have ever stayed in. We attempted to check in at 5:30pm after a long day of travel and the room wasn’t ready yet, took until 6. That should have put up the red flags. Once inside the hotel we noticed how rundown, beat up and dirty the halls and public areas were, there was a bucket under a leaking ceiling. We got in our room and I will list all things missing and broken so those of you thinking of staying here find somewhere better! Toilet seat was loose and almost falling off. Hooks on walls in bathroom falling off. Hair in shower. No cups, no hand soap, no laundry bag. Electric outlets between beds were so loose that a plug would not stay in. The Hampton brand really seems to be going down hill and I will hesitate to stay at one again.

Bathroom shower handle was stuck on hot. Would not turn off. Had to call maitance.

Our stay was just below average, lobby and hallways could really use an update. The room was fine but couldn't believe they sold me a room with one king sized bed for 3 adults and had no rollaway bed to help us out. The breakfast was really nice.

This is the cheapest Hilton option near the Battery in Atlanta and once inside the hotel you understand why. The entire hotel is showing its age. From outdated rooms, to the carpet coming up in the hallways and even down to one elevator. In our room the beds have a metal bracket sticking out that should hold down the mattress but was broken. Bluntly sticking out of the bed it let to one our parties running into it and getting a 3inch gash in their leg. The property also advertises a business center on its website. It does not exist. We needed to print some documents and all that is available is a printer in the lobby that you supposedly can do a secure web print too, but it did not work and the staff was unable to assist. We tried to email it to the front desk and ask them to print it and they were unable to do that and seemed very put out that we even asked.

Room was clean and stocked with necessities. Front desk staff was very friendly. It was a great stay.

I liked it & it was my first time going there. I got my room changed because there was a problem. I got the first floor & I loved it. I disliked was the toilet seat & the original room. When I got the new room the heater wasn't working. The thing is it was new, but they will get it fix soon. Other than that, I enjoyed the free breakfast & the free parking.

Hotel wa ok, other people in our group had no complaints. Our room the heat/ac unit was very very loud, and it had a wet musty smell that gave u a headache. We asked for a different room, and he would have given us one but they were booked up.
