Hampton Inn Atlanta NW Cumberland

Had to change rooms three times in one day. First room door did not lock, second room had no heat, third room was just right. Front desk took care of us efficiently. Breakfast was great.

Horrible, horrible horrible place. Do not stay here!!!! Rooms are unsafe, damaged, and dirty. Management is terrible. Digital check-in does not work, physical keys don't work. Rooms are dirty, with water stained carpet and ceilings. Hilton customer support was no help either!

The staff was amazing. Super friendly and professional. The went above and beyond to help in any situation. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place to spend the night

From the outside it looks like a gem! However that is where the beauty stops. It appears clean but the room has pealing paint, faulty lights, and a huge water stain in the ceiling! Room Security is an issue too! A guest two rooms down had an early morning visitor. Seems a man came in m, Sid he lost his key, the clerk gave him a key to the room he identified. Only one problem, he was not a guest and the room was occupied by another couple!!!! Would not let me give a zero!

Great service and amenities. The food was good, but expensive.

Giving the property a second chance this experience was more eventful. The distinct smell in the hallways is very strong and continues into the rooms. First night at 1am the fire alarm went off. Took awhile for guests to come outside. No hotel staff came outside to address the situation. No hotel staff at check out apologized for the inconvenience of sitting outside in cool temperatures for almost an hour.

Hallway needed freshness to it. Staff was super nice 👌 very welcoming!

My daughter was stalked by a predator the man stood outside her room door attempting to enter the room for a hour she called hotel staff and they were no help at all not to mention NOTHING WORKS IN THE ROOM
