バスタオルの無い日がありました！！！

チェックイン、チェックアウトの際にフロントで ちょっとしたトラブルがありましたが 日本語の話せるスタッフの方のおかげで 快適に過ごすことができました。 丁寧で親切、接客態度が最高でした。 あと 外出して帰って来た時の部屋の清潔感は すごくありました。 細かいところまで 綺麗に掃除してくれてる スタッフの方に感謝です。 また瀋陽に行く時には 利用したいと思います。 マイナス面は 部屋のトイレがウォッシャブルでないのが 残念。 エレベーターを使用する際 カードのエラーが 何度もありました。 インスタントコーヒーが 不味かった。 回りの部屋のドアの閉まる音が うるさすぎる。 次回 利用する時には 改善されてるといいですね。

審陽駅から徒歩5分くらい、繁華街の中心に有り便利。設備も新しく朝食も良かった。残念なのが、部屋の床の掃除がよくなく、髪の毛が多かった。

Right next to walking district and very convenient for shopping and eating. Walking distance to Shenyang train station. Breakfast buffet has lots of choices. Very good hotel and will come back to stay when visiting Shenyang!

Location is near the train station yet not so crowded, good for access to other China cities. The front desk service is excellent .

Great location, 3 mins walk from HSR Shenyang Station. Counter service is so-so, took me 20mins to complete my check-in. The room is a bit old, but it's fair enough with this price.

The front desk people are very friendly. They let me check into my room a few hours earlier. Free fruit cup from the room service. Room is kind of old, but overall, it's an ok hotel.

Hotel was excellent staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms very clean and superb health club. Only had the Buffett breakfast and this was ok although the standard of food served was not always good had better on previous stays at this hotel. Upgraded to the traders club where the breakfast offering was better. Would recommend hotel to others no problem.

Staff professional and helpful. Always had English speaking staff available.

Got a free upgrade to traders floor at 21st. Allow early check in and encountered some wonderful staffs.
