JEN Shenyang by Shangri-La

We got upgraded rm on 18/F, its OK, but in they change carpets whole floor all day. Room is OK, but overheating and impossible lower down temperature. Cannot open windows, of course for safety reasons, but a/c even turned on cooling and lowest possible temp. still getting warm air. This spoiled whole stay.

English speaking staff, very clean rooms, in walkable distance to the train station and the shopping street. Metro and bus is less than 5 minutes away. Convinience store in thw lobby. Very good breakfast. My favorite hotel in Shenyang

Near shopping center and subway line. The food shop is a lot in underground line.

Our stay at Hotel Jen was amazing. Room was big and cozy. Top notch service staffs. Great location!

部屋の空調は古くて、切り替えができない、秋の時に、寒いです、部屋の掃除は毎日やっているけど、コップとかきちんと洗わないです。お風呂は浴槽があるけど、シャワーが固定して、使いにくいです。

Very big room with separate bedroom & living room. Set up is a bit dated but value for money.

瀋陽駅から近く便利でした。 スタッフの対応もテキパキしていてとても好感を持てます。 部屋は広くて使いやすくアメニティも充実していました。

The front desk staff are very friendly, negotiable. Our room is clean, soundproof. Good location, near the center of downtown. So are many food vendors.
