以前(約１５年前)より瀋陽滞在では利用しています　ホテル名は変わりましたが相変わらずのサービスで良い印象でした　価格も手頃で立地もよく良い印象でした 部屋には新たに調理器具が取り揃えてあり長期滞在にも良いと思います

Very nice and close to train station and USA embassy

i liked my visit with professional service from door to room service. Always polite and prompt. The restaurant service was excellent as well. with great food.

Got a notice from the hotel on the second day of my stay saying there will be maintenance of the water tank from 1AM to 4AM. Woke up the next day around 7AM and there was no water so I couldn’t take a shower nor flush the toilet. Around 9AM water came but there was no hot water and it was brown. This continued until 10AM and I had to leave for the airport. Luckily I had some bottled drinking water so at least I was able to brush my teeth but very unhappy I wasn’t able to take a hot shower before checking out.

Room is clean and staff friendly and helpful.Food in the restaurant is very good.

First of all: The hotel hasn't been renovated for a whole while and the rooms have seen better days. Nevertheless it is still ok and reflected it the reasonable prices. The rooms are very spacious. The service has been extraordinary with a lot of extras that the hotel would not have had to provide. The management certainly knows how to make a guest feel welcome with small gestures. Therefore the very good rating from me. Staff I met on the hotel floors was very welcoming and nice. Staff at the reception was mixed with varying levels of English skills as well.

Counter staff and concierge very helpful. Comfy bed.

좋아요 위치 청결

出張で利用しました。特に問題も無く、非常に良いホテルでした。また、日本語のできるスタッフも紹介してもらい、色々と丁寧に対応頂けました。

Been to Shenyang many times but this was the first time during the winter season. While it's cold outside but extremely warm inside. The windows can't be opened and although the AC is set to "cool" at 10 degrees C, it's still blowing warm air. Had to turn it off completely. There was a power outage one night around 12:10AM. Not sure it was the whole building or just the floor I was on. Got tired of waiting and went to sleep around 1:30AM. Woke up by a loud noise and noticed power was back on around 4AM.
