"Call To Make Sure Amenities Are Working"

The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating. I was upset, however, that the pool was not functioning and we were not told about it before booking. That was the main reason that I chose this hotel and once it's booked, there are no refunds.

Bathroom door was broken. It was also near impossible for a blind person to operate. There was also no outlet available for a cpap.

The room was nice.

I got screwed through booking.com on my room confirmation. I received an email with a confirmation number and i called the hotel to see if they had our confirmation from booking.com and they said they did. BUT we show up and nothing was there. We paid booking.com and then the hotel charged us again. This is how scam artist work. Didnt expect that from credible sources.
